Thank you for buying our government-supported materials. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our PDF materials, whether it is an advanced or self-paced training person . As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you buy a training course from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

SETUMITRA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • SETUMITRA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the SETUMITRA, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

For Self Paced Learning:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing a PDF

no refund Will be provided if the material is downloaded by Mobile phone, it should be downloaded by PC (Computer), and need to check in the download section for purchased PDF.

Any refund request failing to meet any of the requirements will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Refund requests can be initiated in two ways

From my orders section, by clicking on “Initiate Refund” for the relevant course. This will work when item purchase-quantity is one.

In case item purchase-quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team through our Help & Support section on the website.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.
